Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Active or pending Florida SLP licensure
• Prior experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each student’s communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to encourage generalization of skills and student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and compliance with IEP requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with student needs
