Special Education Teacher - Osseo, MN

In this contract position, you'll provide critical support to elementary learners in a well-established environment, collaborating closely with faculty and families to deliver tailored education plans. The assignment runs from late August 2026 through early June 2027, allowing you a chance to truly connect with your students and the school community.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification (please attach with your resume)
• Tier 3 or Tier 4 license required, as per state regulations
• Previous experience or strong interest in elementary resource special education
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills to partner effectively with students, families, and staff
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality special education support to elementary students as a resource teacher
• Developing instructional strategies tailored to individual learning needs and abilities
• Maintaining accurate records, tracking progress, and managing all required documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Collaborating with general education teachers, related service providers, and parents on educational planning
• Adapting materials and instruction to facilitate student growth and independence
