Speech Language Pathologist in Red Oak, TX

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• School-based SLP experience highly valued
• Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to support a diverse student caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service professionals
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with school policies
• Engage with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and strategies for success
