This is a contract, full-time position running from August 12, 2026, to May 26, 2027, requiring onsite support for 40 hours each week.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School-based SLP experience highly valued
- Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to support a diverse student caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and related service professionals
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Engage with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and strategies for success
