Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Compensation: $85,000 - $109,000 (Full-time, based on experience)
The posted salary range includes a shared rewards bonus opportunity, starting at $0 and reaching up to an annual maximum of $27,000.

Role: Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide essential clinical expertise, leadership, feedback, and guidance to ensure the success of each assigned client case.
In this role, you will:
- Guarantee that client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical practices, leading to meaningful client progress and satisfaction with our services.
- Deliver direct services to clients, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), oversee assigned client cases, and consult on or cover cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors.
- Support your clinical team in achieving professional development and success, tailored to their experience and growth stage. You will mentor, provide feedback, and encourage Program Managers and Interventionists to enhance their skills.
- Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours per week / 110 hours per month).
- Supervise your Program Manager team to ensure they achieve a minimum of 28 billable hours per week (120 hours per month).
- Deliver quality clinical supervision in line with BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across various clients, settings, and funding sources, including direct observation and necessary protocol modifications.
- Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to create and evaluate individualized treatment recommendations and objectives.
- Provide supervision and documentation in accordance with BACB standards for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates as required.
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, to develop function-based treatment plans.
- Offer precise skill assessments and direct feedback through Performance Management metrics to other clinical team members (e.g., Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers).
- Provide training to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST), which includes discussion, modeling, practice, and feedback.
- Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and other interdisciplinary team meetings as needed, presenting proposed goals, objectives, behavioral interventions, and potential modifications/adaptations.
- Collaborate with school personnel by observing students, providing written programming and behavioral recommendations, implementing necessary training, and offering regular follow-up support as authorized.
- Strong skills in ABA and clinical practices
- Self-disciplined with the ability to consistently schedule and attend client appointments and team meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clear language and accurate grammar
- Effective time management skills, balancing billable and non-billable hours, as well as onsite and in-office supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues, fostering relationships between the clinical team and client families
- A collaborative team player with a customer service mindset, dedicated to serving client families and colleagues
- Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback
- Bilingual skills are a plus, with Spanish preferred
