Become the Hemodialysis Nurse You Aspire to Be - All in One Place
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
  • Overseeing care and treatments, performing patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and addressing patient inquiries.
  • Fostering meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
  • Educating nursing staff on the care of hemodialysis patients, the use of hemodialysis equipment, and the standards of care associated with hemodialysis.
Qualifications
  • Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
  • CPR certification.
  • ACLS certification within one year of hire.
  • CRRN certification preferred (we can assist you in obtaining it if you do not have it).
  • Minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience required.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
