Required Qualifications:
- Must hold active BCBA certification
- Experience implementing and supervising behavior intervention plans
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and supervision for grades 1–8 throughout the school year (September–June)
- Work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–3:00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Provide staff and parent training to ensure consistency across environments
- Collect, analyze, and monitor behavioral data to inform program decisions
