Required Qualifications:

  • Must hold active BCBA certification
  • Experience implementing and supervising behavior intervention plans
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and supervision for grades 1–8 throughout the school year (September–June)
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:00am–3:00pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Provide staff and parent training to ensure consistency across environments
  • Collect, analyze, and monitor behavioral data to inform program decisions
