Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist or eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire
• Previous school-based OT experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of pediatric therapeutic interventions within educational settings
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student participation in school activities
• Conduct therapy sessions, both individual and in groups, as outlined in IEPs
• Monitor and document progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student planning
