Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state certification as a Special Education Teacher
- Previous experience working with students who have special needs

- Excellent organizational, communication, and classroom management skills
- Ability to tailor instructional methods to varied learning styles and abilities
- Willingness to collaborate with general education staff, support personnel, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized lesson plans that accommodate specific learning challenges
- Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress, conduct assessments, and provide thorough reports

- Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss student goals, progress, and strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with relevant policies and regulations
