  • Elementary Resource Teacher (1.0 FTE, 37.5 hours/week)
  • Junior High Resource Teacher (1.0 FTE, 37.5 hours/week)
  • Junior High Support Center Teacher (1.0 FTE, 37.5 hours/week)
  • Elementary Resource Teacher (0.8 FTE, 30 hours/week)

These positions are strictly onsite, ensuring direct engagement and meaningful impact in the classroom environment.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Current state certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
  • Experience teaching in resource or support center settings at the elementary or junior high level is a plus
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and best practices for individualized instruction
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted academic, behavioral, and emotional support to students with diverse learning needs
  • Develop and implement effective, individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and staff to integrate students into classroom activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and interventions
  • Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians to support student achievement
