Occupational Therapist School Setting in Chester, VT

Your expertise will be vital in helping students reach their potential during the 2026–2027 academic year. With a consistent weekday schedule, you’ll engage with diverse age groups and collaborate with educational teams to create inclusive and supportive learning environments.

What you’ll contribute:

• Active Vermont OT certificate required
• Previous experience in a school setting highly valued
• Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to manage and travel between multiple sites within the district
• Enthusiasm for working with students at various developmental levels (K-12)

In this vital role, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing direct therapy services and tracking progress toward IEP goals
• Consulting with staff and parents to integrate therapeutic recommendations
• Documenting interventions and compliance-related paperwork with accuracy
• Supporting transitions and accessibility within varied classroom environments

This contract offers a stable weekly workload of 35 to 37.5 hours, letting you develop meaningful connections with students and staff while enjoying predictable workdays.
