Qualifications\n- \n
- MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) \n
- Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program \n
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology \n
- Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure \n
- Qualifications must be met at time of appointment \n
