Job Responsibilities

The staff nurse is tasked with delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients across all stages of life. This role involves utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The nurse operates within the established policies and procedures of our organization, showcasing professional development and accountability. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining high standards of nursing practice.
• Coordinating patient care activities among all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing services.

QualificationsMinimum Education Required

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Minimum Experience Required

New graduates from nursing programs are welcome to apply.

Licensure and Certification

Applicants must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of Georgia or possess an NLC/eNLC Multistate License. Additionally, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.

Additional Qualifications

• For PRN roles, a minimum of one year of nursing experience in a hospital environment is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree in nursing is advantageous.
• Advanced certification in a relevant specialty area is a plus (refer to addendum for details).
• Experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
