Schedule/Hours:
- Flexible, rotating shifts based on surgical caseloads
Desired Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent OR (Operating Room) nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS Certifications (active)
- Proven adaptability in fast-paced operating environments
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary surgical teams to provide safe, efficient, high-quality perioperative care
- Monitor patient status, anticipate surgical team needs, and ensure strict adherence to sterile technique
- Document all interventions, medications, and patient responses accurately and promptly
- Assist with room set-up, instrument counting, and patient preparation
