Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive monitoring and care to Stepdown and PCU patients with a keen focus on clinical excellence and safety.

- Administer medications, manage drips, and perform advanced assessments in alignment with best practices.
- Educate patients and families on complex care plans, fostering engagement in recovery and discharge readiness.
- Accurately document all aspects of patient care and comply with hospital protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license.
- Recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit environments.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

$1,706 - $1,866/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
