Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Maryland SLP license (CCC required)
- Maryland Teaching Certificate
- Previous experience with school-based speech-language services preferred
- Comfort and confidence in supervising an SLPA
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services onsite or in a hybrid capacity for students K-12
- Supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, ensuring quality interventions and compliance with state guidelines
- Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Engage in regular team collaboration with staff, educators, and families
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
- Support students’ growth in communication, literacy, and social skills
