Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Maryland SLP license (CCC required)
  • Maryland Teaching Certificate
  • Previous experience with school-based speech-language services preferred
  • Comfort and confidence in supervising an SLPA
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services onsite or in a hybrid capacity for students K-12
  • Supervise and mentor a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, ensuring quality interventions and compliance with state guidelines
  • Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Engage in regular team collaboration with staff, educators, and families
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
  • Support students’ growth in communication, literacy, and social skills
