School Psychologist - Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Make a meaningful impact supporting K-12 students as a school psychologist in a dynamic Minnesota school environment. This contract position offers both full-time and part-time schedules, along with flexibility to accommodate in-person or hybrid candidates. Working typical school hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, you’ll join a dedicated team focused on providing high-quality, inclusive mental health and educational support.

Qualifications:

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology, or an equivalent credential.
• Current Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB.
• Proven commitment to equity, culturally responsive service, and inclusive educational practices.
• Expertise in evidence-based school psychology methods, including assessment, intervention, and mental health supports.

Preferred Experience:

• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or NCSP eligibility.
• Background in providing consultation and intervention within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
• Leadership abilities and experience guiding adult learners.
• Familiarity with crisis prevention, intervention, postvention strategies, and mental health support systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills—capable of building rapport with diverse students, staff, and families.
• In-depth knowledge of special education law and compliance.
• Experience working in urban, multicultural educational settings.
