A well-established accounting and financial services firm providing personalized financial guidance to individuals and businesses since 2001. The firm specializes in accounting, payroll, tax preparation, tax compliance, and advisory services for growing small businesses and individuals.

We are seeking a Tax Manager (CPA/EA) to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns, overseeing accounting and payroll activities, and providing financial and advisory support to business clients.

The role will also involve reviewing financial statements and assisting clients with fractional Controller and CFO advisory services.

• Experience preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns, including federal, state, and local filings.

• Strong knowledge of QBO (QuickBooks Online) / QBD (QuickBooks Desktop) required.

• Experience with TR UltraTax CS preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA or EA certification required.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex financial data.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated interest in helping grow the firm and improving operational efficiency.

• Commitment to continuous professional learning and development.
