Plaza Del Amo Animal Hospital, one of South Bay's mostestablished and trusted veterinary hospitals, is seeking an experienced ManagingVeterinarian to join our highly collaborative, multi-doctor team inbeautiful Torrance, CA.

Leadership &Mentorship:

As Managing Veterinarian,you'll play a central role in shaping the culture, clinical standards, andgrowth of our team. You'll oversee day-to-day hospital operations, support andmentor associate veterinarians, and serve as a key point of contact between themedical team and hospital leadership. Our environment is deeply collaborative —we're looking for a leader who leads by example and is genuinely invested inthe success of those around them.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a confident,experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role in a fast-paced,well-equipped environment. Ideal candidates will have:

• 5+ years of clinical experience, with strong surgical and dental skills preferred

• Proven leadership ability — experience managing or mentoring a veterinary team is a strong plus
\n
• A generous, collaborative spirit — someone who lifts up the team and fosters a positive, high-performing culture

• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset

• A commitment to upholding our AAHA-accredited standards of care

Compensation &Benefits:

• Base salary $180,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience)
\n
• Up to $30,000 signing bonus
\n
