  • Competitive Base Salary: Starting at $340,000, with opportunities for additional production and quality bonuses from the outset.

Practice Overview:

Step into a well-established practice from day one, seeing 32-35 new patients each month. We offer a flexible four-day work week in the office along with dedicated surgical time—note that there is currently no robotics program in place.

Our outpatient facilities are situated in:

  • Morris (on the main hospital campus)
  • Channahon (providing ancillary, primary, specialty care, and advanced Cardio and Imaging services)
  • Ottawa
  • A multi-specialty site in Diamond-Coal City

In-office procedures include, but are not limited to:

  • LEEP
  • Cryotherapy
  • Colposcopy
  • Vulvar biopsy
  • Nexplanon and IUD insertion
  • Ultrasound/US-guided biopsy
  • Hysterosonogram

Urology and GYN/ONC services are available through referrals. You will collaborate with a remarkable team that supports one another and has an excellent reputation, including esteemed colleagues such as Dr. Douglas Toussaint, Dr. Andrea Chen, Dr. Victoria Ochoa, Dr. Mary Fitzgibbon, Dr. Leticia Setrini-Best, Dr. Yahaira Aramburo, and Heidi Miller, APRN.

Enjoy a call schedule of 1:5 at a single hospital, with a call stipend of $450 per day. Our Level II Perinatal Center Family Birthing Suite includes a dedicated OR, 8 LDRP rooms, and 4 NST/Triage rooms, with anesthesiologists and pediatricians available at all times. The average number of deliveries per month is around 50, totaling approximately 600 births annually, including a significant number of high-risk pregnancies. OB/GYNs are required to reside in Morris and maintain a 20-minute response time.

We have a tertiary affiliation with a leading medical center for mothers and infants requiring advanced care, as we are a Level II Perinatal Care Provider with strong referral connections to maternal-fetal medicine specialists.

Candidates should be comfortable managing high-risk obstetrics. Our obstetrical nursing staff is highly skilled, providing exceptional care for mothers and infants during labor and postpartum. Classes are also available for expectant families.
