Plant Operations Leader

An established manufacturing organization within the packaging sector is seeking a Plant Operations Manager to lead one of its key production facilities. This individual will be responsible for delivering operational excellence across production, maintenance, quality, inventory management, scheduling, and overall plant performance. Description Lead all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and logistics Develop and execute initiatives that improve throughput, efficiency, quality, and profitability Establish and monitor key manufacturing KPIs Drive continuous improvement efforts Improve overall plant performance through waste reduction, downtime elimination, and process optimization Build, coach, and develop manufacturing leaders and frontline teams Partner cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams Profile 5-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Strong background in flexible packaging manufacturing Printing process experience strongly preferred Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement programs Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Proven ability to analyze operational data and drive measurable improvements Bilingual Spanish preferred Engineering degree preferred but not required Job Offer Base salary of $150K-$160K 10-15% annual bonus opportunity Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits Competitive PTO Strong people-focused culture Significant leadership visibility and impact Interested?
