Structural Ironworkers / Riggers / Welders - $32-$40/hr + $100 Per Diem

Advanced Steel Welding & Mechanical, LLC is hiring experienced Structural Ironworkers, Riggers, and Welder/Ironworkers for the St. Carlo Acutis Middle School project in Grand Forks, ND.

PAY:

• Hourly Rate: $32.00-$40.00/hour DOE

• Per Diem: $100/day for eligible employees
\n

START:

Two to three employees are required to commence work during the week of August 17, 2026. Steel deliveries will initiate on August 21, with structural steel erection commencing on August 24. Additional crew members will begin work the week of August 24.

The organization seeks versatile employees capable of performing multiple functions within a structural steel erection crew.

Work responsibilities may encompass structural steel erection, rigging, connecting, bolt-up, field welding, crane signaling, telehandler/forklift operation, aerial lift work, joist and deck installation, miscellaneous metals, material staging, and related erection activities.

CERTIFICATIONS:

The General Contractor mandates appropriate certification for employees engaged in rigging, forklift/telehandler operation, and welding. Applicants must be prepared to provide documentation of applicable current certifications prior to undertaking these duties. Candidates possessing multiple certifications and experience in rigging, welding, connecting, and equipment operation will receive priority consideration.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in structural steel erection is preferred. The organization is particularly interested in candidates with experience in the following areas:
