Pay Structure- Per-Mile Pay: Earn between 58-70 cents per mile, depending on experience.
- Weekly Mileage: Average between 2,300 to 2,500 miles per week, with opportunities to exceed 3,000 miles.
- Additional Compensation: Paid for picks, drops, detention, and layovers.
- Merit Pay: Eligible for merit pay within the first 60 days of employment.
- Longevity Pay: Increases annually based on your tenure.
- Referral Bonus: Earn bonuses for referring new drivers.
