Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD/DO)
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
• Board certification in Family Medicine (or board-eligible for recent graduates)
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA Certification
