A growing Owner's Project Management firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee laboratory and life science projects throughout Greater Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with lab or cGMP experience who wants direct client exposure, meaningful project ownership, and the opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding organization. Client Details Our client is a growing Owner's Project Management firm that has expanded from a small startup into an established organization of approximately 50 employees over the past 14+ years. The company manages projects across life sciences, higher education, multifamily, commercial interiors, and real estate development sectors throughout Greater Boston. Known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and impressive project portfolio, the firm continues to experience significant growth and offers employees direct exposure to leadership and high-profile clients. Description * Manage projects from planning through completion * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders * Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting * Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants * Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation * Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies * Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and financial objectives * Provide regular communication and updates to leadership and clients Profile A successful Project Manager should have: 8+ years of construction project management experience Experience with a General Contractor or OPM firm Strong background managing laboratory, life science, or cGMP projects Experience working on technically complex projects Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required Excellent communication and client-facing skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities Stable work history with demonstrated project success Job Offer Competitive Base Salary up to $150,000 Annual Bonus (typically around 10%) Health Benefits 401(k) Match 3 Weeks PTO Company Social Events Team-Building Activities Strong Career Growth Opportunities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
