Lead Maintenance Supervisor – Morris, IL 60540
Take the lead in maintaining a high‑quality apartment community where your technical expertise and leadership skills keep operations running smoothly. This role offers steady hours and the opportunity to guide onsite maintenance efforts.
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Pay: $28/hr (Depending on Experience)
Type: Temp to hire
Start Date: ASAP after onboarding
Job Description
- To oversee daily maintenance operations and onsite staff
- To complete and assign work orders and preventative maintenance
- To perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs
- To ensure unit turns meet quality standards
- To maintain property safety and compliance expectations
Qualifications
- Apartment maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification
- Strong skills in general maintenance trades
- Ability to oversee staff and prioritize workload
- Own tools required
