Responsibilities : \n
\n
- \n
- Perform ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other installed systems. \n
- Operate, monitor, and maintain all HVAC systems and associated equipment, including the Building Automation System (BAS). \n
- Perform general maintenance, manual repairs, and assigned service tasks in BOH facilities. \n
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within BOH mechanical and facility rooms. \n
- Oversee and coordinate preventive maintenance contracted services, including scheduling, monitoring, and contractor coordination. \n
- Conduct regular facility room inspections; document conditions and recommend corrective actions. \n
- Maintain compliance with all applicable City, County, State, Federal, and insurance codes, standards, and ordinances. \n
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records for City & County inspections, warranties, service schedules, PM equipment inspections and key asset maintenance. \n
- Serve as a primary or secondary responder for BOH facility‑related emergencies, including fire alarms, HVAC failures, system alarms, and security issues. \n
- Support fire evacuation planning, disaster response planning, and emergency preparedness documentation. \n
- Participate in and comply with all required safety, medical, and regulatory programs. \n
- Coordinate contractor work schedules and support project‑related activities as needed. \n
- Assist with inventory management, purchasing, monthly reporting, and budget tracking. \n
- Support after‑hours facility needs, overtime coverage, and operational activities as required. \n
\n
Basic Qualifications : \n
\n
- \n
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. \n
- Minimum of 3 years of facilities maintenance experience, or \n
- Combination of education and at least 5 years of demonstrated hands‑on facilities maintenance experience. \n
- Must possess a Universal HVAC Certification \n
- Training in Building Maintenance Technology or a related field is preferred. \n
- Working knowledge of general maintenance procedures with demonstrated skills in MEP: \n
- \n
- Mechanical / HVAC systems \n
- Electrical systems \n
- Plumbing systems \n
\n - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). \n
- Basic knowledge of internet and email systems. \n
- Ability to manage technically complex tasks and projects using sound judgment and initiative. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. \n
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and task‑prioritization abilities. \n
- Demonstrated professionalism, tact, courtesy, and positive working relationships with Cast Members and internal business partners. \n
