Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited U.S. medical or osteopathic school; foreign graduates may apply with a permanent certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
- A valid medical license to practice in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
- Eligibility for board certification.
- Completion of at least one year of an accredited graduate medical education internship.
- Completion of a psychiatry residency or training program in the U.S.
- Aged between 21 and 42 years (waivers considered on an individual basis).
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
