As part of our organization, which has been a leader in healthcare for 47 years with over 200 locations nationwide, you will play a crucial role in our mission to deliver quality patient care. We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our professional team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication.
  • Assist patients in achieving or maintaining their optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards.
  • Continuously assess patient needs and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in their condition.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis.
  • Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards all patients.
Qualifications:
  • A nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
  • Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout your employment.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in skilled nursing.
