Location: Redding, CA
Compensation: Up to $1,050 to $1,190.00 gross pay per shift
Available Shifts: Days and Nights
Status: Per Diem (PRN) Available

The Registered Nurse plays a crucial role in ensuring safe patient care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct patient care within the defined scope of practice
- Leading and guiding patient and family education
- Overseeing the activities of other nursing staff while upholding care standards in the Telemetry Unit
- Being directly accountable for the care provided to assigned patients
- Communicating with physicians regarding any changes in patients' clinical conditions, including cardiac monitoring, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology
- Current and valid state RN License
Compensation: Our organization offers competitive pay, with an estimated hourly rate ranging from $75.00 to $85.00 for this position, applicable to residents of California.
