• Schedule: 4-day workweek- 32 clinical hours per week with 8 hours of administrative time is considered full-time. Option for 3-day work for those with interest.

Financials & Benefits

• Compensation: Starting salary of 255,000, negotiable based on experience, with a retention bonus available.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, CME allowance, malpractice coverage with tail, a retirement plan with employer match, and full health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Loan Repayment/Forgiveness: Eligible for both state and federal loan programs.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. A Family Medicine residency is preferred, though Internal Medicine residency-trained physicians with community health or primary care experience will be considered.
• Licensure: Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the state of Vermont.
