We are looking for a full-time family medicine physician to become a vital member of our expanding primary care team at Family Care Middletown. This role is essential in delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare to our community.

About Our Organization

Our organization provides a range of primary care practice environments across various locations, ensuring a robust practice infrastructure. We offer both urban and rural settings throughout our extensive 10-county service area.

Position Overview

• Deliver direct primary care in an office environment.
• Minimal on-call responsibilities, primarily phone coverage shared among partners. Most locations utilize a Nurse Advice Line for initial call triage.
• Collaborate with and oversee Advanced Practice Providers.
• Utilize EPIC EMR along with online diagnostics, including PACS imaging and lab results.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends).

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible.
• Team-oriented with a focus on delivering personalized patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.
• Dedicated to providing high-quality and compassionate care.
• Eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania.
