Job Description
We are looking for a full-time family medicine physician to become a vital member of our expanding primary care team at Family Care Middletown. This role is essential in delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare to our community.

Position Overview- Deliver direct primary care in an office environment.
- Minimal on-call responsibilities, primarily phone coverage shared among partners. Most locations utilize a Nurse Advice Line for initial call triage.
- Collaborate with and oversee Advanced Practice Providers.
- Utilize EPIC EMR along with online diagnostics, including PACS imaging and lab results.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday (no weekends).
- Board certified or board eligible.
- Team-oriented with a focus on delivering personalized patient care and achieving positive clinical outcomes.
