Join Our Team as an Outpatient OBGYN Physician

We are looking for dedicated outpatient OBGYN Physicians to become part of our expanding women's services program in Central and Southern Delaware. With approximately 2,800 deliveries each year (1,800 in Kent and 1,000 in Sussex) and a growing population, this position offers a chance to work in a high-volume, well-supported setting while allowing you the flexibility to design a role that aligns with your career aspirations.

Outpatient OBGYN Highlights
  • Focus on outpatient care with around three hospital coverage shifts monthly.
  • Deliveries at either the Kent Campus in Dover or the Sussex Campus in Milford.
  • Modern clinic facilities:
    • Dover: Recently renovated, located just minutes from the hospital.
    • Milford: Clinic situated on or adjacent to the campus for efficient workflow.
  • Ability to customize your practice according to your clinical interests.
