Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments and create therapy plans.
  • Oversee therapists, assistants, and technicians.
  • Deliver skilled therapy treatments and assess patient responses.
  • Facilitate staff development and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate team activities, documentation, training, and schedules to meet business objectives.
  • Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP.
  • BLS (CPR) certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of starting this role.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in the relevant discipline.
  • Active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of a specialty professional certification is preferred.
  • Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
