Client Details This Midwest-based manufacturer specializes in precision CNC turning, milling, and broaching, producing custom metal components from prototype development through high-volume production. They serve diverse industries with products including suspension and powertrain components, manifold blocks, engine heads, and exhaust system hardware. Description Develop and optimize CNC machining processes to enhance production efficiency (Gibbscam/Mastercam) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges. Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures. Support continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and improve productivity. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing activities. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new tools, equipment, and technologies. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually. 3 weeks of PTO 401k match vision dental Permanent position with opportunities for growth.
