Step into a vital role supporting students across an entire district as a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This full-time role spans 35 hours per week during the academic calendar, beginning August 26, 2026, and ending June 15, 2027. Your expertise will benefit a diverse range of students, ensuring their needs are met in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavioral assessments and intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide direct support to students while consulting and collaborating with school staff and parents to ensure cohesive, impactful strategies.
  • Cultivate strong professional relationships with external agencies that serve students and their families, supporting consistency and best outcomes.
  • Offer guidance and training to educators to reinforce effective behavioral interventions district-wide.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Behavior Analyst, preferably in school settings.
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
