We are looking for patient-focused, collaborative, and supportive Anesthesiologists to become part of our expanding teams throughout Indiana. Available locations include:
- IU Health Methodist & University Hospitals in Indianapolis
- IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie
This position presents a thrilling chance to work in both academic and community hospital environments, emphasizing clinical excellence, education, and patient care.
Position Highlights- Full-time clinical role encompassing both inpatient and outpatient duties.
- Diverse case types, including general, ENT, GYN, neuro, thoracic, cardiovascular, obstetric, endoscopy, bronchoscopy, and more.
- Engagement in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, with the possibility of a faculty appointment through the IU School of Medicine.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate faculty initiatives, research, and quality improvement projects.
- On-call responsibilities required (varies by location).
- Collaborate with a collegial, multidisciplinary team of anesthesiologists and anesthetists.
- Visa sponsorship (H-1B) is available.
- Completion of residency training in Anesthesiology (mandatory).
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology (mandatory).
- Must be eligible for or currently possess an Indiana medical license (mandatory).
- Preferred subspecialty training or interest in obstetric, neuro, or cardiovascular anesthesia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
