\nSome highlights of this opportunity include:
\nOncology Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners provide value-based care in an ambulatory setting, and will be involved in triage and the spectrum of outpatient managementincluding, but not limited to the following: Benign hematology visits, sick/urgentvisits, chemotherapyeducation/teachvisits, bone marrow aspirations, overseeing infusion follow up appointments, and ongoing survivorship care.
\nSchedule:Part Time 30 hours - 3 days/week 10 hour shifts
\nSites inthe East Regionincludeour Norwich and Waterford practices

Eligibility to be licensed in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA), or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), is required.
\nEligibility to be certified as a Physician Assistant (PA), or National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP), or Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) is required.
\nChemotherapy Biotherapy provider card
\nOncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is preferred.
