- MD/DO from an accredited medical institution
- Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program
- American Board Eligible or Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Preference for candidates with Adult Reconstruction Fellowship, though not mandatory
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and necessary credentials
- DEA certification required

UPMC Northwest features 96 private rooms, including 30 that can be adapted for semi-private use, accommodating up to 126 beds. The facility includes a one-story, 28-bed behavioral health building connected to the hospital, along with a nine-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit and a 16-bed transitional care unit. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, UPMC Northwest meets a wide range of healthcare needs, offering inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services, as well as specialized diagnostic and treatment options.
