Open Positions:

• (3) Full-time roles (37.5 hours/week): Elementary Resource, Junior High Resource, and Junior High Support Center
• (1) Part-time role (0.8 FTE, 30 hours/week): Elementary Resource Teacher

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state certification in Special Education Teaching
• Experience working within school resource or support center programs
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to modify curriculum and differentiate instruction for varying learning needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with staff, parents, and students
• Dedicated, flexible, and solution-oriented professional approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver tailored instruction for students with a variety of learning needs
• Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with the school team and families
• Utilize progress monitoring tools to assess student achievement and adjust instruction as needed
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and related service providers to foster an inclusive learning community
• Offer academic and behavioral support within resource and support center settings
• Participate in staff meetings, professional learning, and family conferences
