Job Summary:
\n Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Gynecology Physician to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity with a balanced schedule, offering comprehensive support and resources to provide exceptional patient care. The selected candidates will be responsible for taking call on their own patients to start.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Provide high-quality general gynecology care to patients.
\n
• Perform surgical and non-surgical treatment of gynecologic conditions.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Participate in hospital rounds and provide consultative services as needed.
\n
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
\n
• Engage in continuous education and professional development.
\n
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecology.
\n
• Valid Ohio medical license or ability to obtain one prior to start.
\n
• Strong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skills.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Schedule & Call Coverage:

• Full-time position with a reasonable patient workload.
\n
• 1:4 call
