Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Manager - Industrial X-ray and CT Inspection Systems for a direct hire opportunity in Mountain View, CA. This role is ideal for a technically strong sales professional who understands complex capital equipment sales and can build business across semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, advanced packaging, new energy, AI server, research, and testing laboratory markets.
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth for Industrial X-ray, CT inspection, and non-destructive testing solutions while developing long-term customer relationships. This opportunity offers the chance to work with advanced inspection technologies, partner closely with technical teams, and contribute to growth in high-demand manufacturing and quality control markets.
This role is well suited for a self-motivated professional who values supportive leadership, cross-functional teamwork, technical problem solving, and a clear path to expand market presence within a specialized and growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue, pipeline, and growth objectives.
- Build relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and sales meetings.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Partner with engineering and applications teams to develop technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Track market trends, maintain CRM records, prepare forecasts, and represent the business at trade shows and industry events.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Location: Mountain View, CA 94043.
- Compensation: $120,000 to $130,000 per year, DOE.
- Competitive base compensation with incentive potential.
