Job Description
Salary Range: $598,375.00 to $636,327.00
Potential Premium Earnings: $40,968.00
The salary range encompasses incentives that depend on various factors such as skills, competencies, tenure, experience, and geographic location.
Note that the earnings within this range are contingent upon obtaining the necessary Board Certification.
Potential premium earnings may differ based on the specific location.
The annual salary is influenced by the length of service with the organization and the full-time equivalent (FTE) work schedule.

Transitioning to a Partner/Owner role is available after:

Board Certification: Required or Board Eligible
Location: KP LAMC and City of Hope (Duarte)
Scope of Practice: Inpatient and outpatient care, including autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplants and cellular therapies.
Required Qualifications: Training in Internal Medicine and Hematology/Oncology; experience in BMT, autologous, allogeneic, and cellular therapy (Car T cell).
