Compensation Overview

Hourly Shift Maximum for Board Eligible: $120.00

Hourly Shift Maximum for Board Certified: $120.00

Nights/Weekends Hourly Maximum: $120.00

These per diem positions are hourly and do not include benefits, but they do provide malpractice insurance and tail coverage. A valid California medical license and a paid DEA certificate are required.

Facilities and Opportunities

The San Bernardino County Service Area is the largest in Southern California, featuring two hospitals (in Fontana and Ontario) and more than 19 medical office buildings. We offer a comprehensive range of tertiary and specialty services, along with numerous academic opportunities. Our area hosts nine residency and fellowship programs and serves as a clinical rotation site for the Bernard J. Tyson Kaiser Permanente School of Medicine, as well as for medical students and residents from nearby institutions. Our dedicated regional group specializes in gender dysphoria, reproductive health, transitional care for complex populations, and eating disorders.
