About UsWe are a physician-led organization that emphasizes strong values, focusing on a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to healthcare. Our aim is to equip our physicians with the necessary resources and support systems, allowing them to concentrate on delivering exceptional medical care and fostering connections with colleagues.
Location InsightsSituated in Downey, our facility is steeped in culture, history, and community spirit. As a key gateway city between Los Angeles and Orange Counties, it offers residents a peaceful, family-oriented atmosphere while providing easy access to various attractions and social activities in both counties.
Leadership and InnovationOur leadership prioritizes accessibility and maintains a flat organizational structure, fostering trust between physicians and support staff. We place a strong emphasis on innovation; for instance, Downey was the first medical center in the area to conduct same-day total joint surgeries. Our focus on efficiency aims to enhance workflows throughout the medical center and its ancillary offices. With a high level of tertiary care, one of the largest NICUs in the region, and a dedicated OB and anesthesia team composed entirely of physicians, we are committed to delivering outstanding service to our diverse and high-risk patient population.
Equal Opportunity EmploymentWe welcome qualified candidates with arrest and/or conviction records, considering them for employment in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. All qualified applicants will be evaluated for employment without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or disability.
