As a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in CVOR, you will deliver high-quality perioperative care alongside a team dedicated to making a difference in patient outcomes.

Schedule:

  • 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), 36 hours per week
  • On-call: 4–5 weeknight calls and 1–2 weekends per each 6-week schedule
  • Weekend and holiday work may be required as part of the on-call rotation
  • No floating required

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a CVOR nurse
  • BLS and ACLS certification required
  • Proven expertise in all phases of CVOR nursing, including pre-op and intra-op care
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Must possess adaptability and effective communication within a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care throughout cardiac surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with surgeons and anesthesia teams to ensure optimal patient safety and procedural outcomes
  • Prepare, assess, and maintain the CVOR environment, including equipment and supplies
  • Monitor patient status, anticipating and responding to changes throughout the procedure
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to the latest evidence-based practices
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation

$2,178 - $2,304/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
