Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing team. We welcome candidates with a range of experience and expertise, including recently trained fellows who are passionate about providing high-quality orthopedic care.

The practice offers a diverse mix of surgical, outpatient, and inpatient services, providing an excellent opportunity for an orthopedic surgeon to build a rewarding and well-rounded practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive orthopedic care in outpatient and inpatient settings.

  • Perform orthopedic surgical procedures, with a focus on total joint procedures preferred.

  • Conduct regular office hours and surgical procedures.

  • Round on hospitalized patients before and/or after office hours as needed.

  • Participate in an evening and weekend call rotation for office patients and inpatients.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

  • Maintain high standards of clinical excellence, professionalism, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.

  • Valid Wisconsin medical license.

  • Successful completion of an ACGME, RCPSC, or AOA-approved Orthopedic Surgery residency.

  • Fellowship training in Total Joint Surgery preferred.

  • Candidates within three years of completing an approved residency must obtain certification in orthopedic surgery through the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS) or American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery (AOBOS).
