Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care Unit (CCU)Job Overview:The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) is tasked with providing exceptional nursing care to patients by:
- Employing strong organizational and leadership abilities to evaluate patient conditions.
- Identifying the priorities of patient needs and issues.
- Executing clinical nursing interventions for patients requiring intensive medical attention.
- Creating and implementing patient care plans aimed at enhancing health outcomes.
- Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Perform and assess initial and ongoing patient evaluations, develop care plans, implement treatments, and assess their effectiveness.
- Integrate and prioritize information to take immediate, evidence-based, patient-centered actions using clinical judgment.
- Proactively anticipate and adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions.
- Administer medications safely in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred, not mandatory).

Certifications:
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) or ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification (preferred at hire; must be obtained from an approved source prior to direct patient care; ACLS required within 6 months of hire).
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification (preferred at hire; required in lieu of BLS/ACLS for Pediatric Units; must be obtained from an approved source prior to direct patient care).

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience (required).
- At least 6 months of RN experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department (preferred).
Salary Range: $34.33 - $54.93
