Southview Animal Hospital is seeking an Urgent CareVeterinarian to join one of Minnesota’s largest and most medically progressivesmall animal hospitals.

\n

This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoysfast-paced medicine, case variety, and greater clinical independence whilestill benefiting from the support, collaboration, and resources of a largemulti-doctor hospital. With urgent care available seven days per week,Southview offers a strong platform for doctors to practice high-quality,same-day medicine in an environment designed to support both patients andclinicians.

  • Greater autonomy and clinical independencewithin a collaborative hospital setting

  • Visiting specialist support, includingcardiology, soft tissue surgery, and orthopedic surgery, remote specialistsupport available for radiology and more.

  • Collaboration with an experienced team ofdoctors, technicians, and support staff

  • The ability to remain hands-on in-patient careas cases move forward

Southview’s urgent care model allows doctors to manage awide range of cases while having access to the people, tools, and resourcesneeded to provide thoughtful and efficient care. It is a great fit for aveterinarian who enjoys medical variety, problem-solving, client communication,and the ability to help patients when timely access matters most.

We are seeking an experienced veterinarian who iscomfortable navigating urgent care cases with a higher level of independencewhile collaborating closely within a larger hospital team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $120,000–$150,000 plus production,commensurate with experience
