Associate General Dentist – Hershey, PA

We're seeking an Associate General Dentist to join a well-established practice in Hershey, PA. This is a great fit for a dentist who values a supportive team environment and wants to grow a strong patient base. Dentists at any stage of their career are welcome to apply, what matters most to this practice is clinical skill and a good fit with the team.

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 to 5

Compensation: 35% of adjusted production

Patient Base: PPO/FFS, with a strong FFS patient population

Support Staff: 2 RDHs, 5 dental assistants (including a lead assistant, all well trained though no expanded function), 5 front desk staff (including an office manager), and an in-house lab for ortho trays and scans

Team: One additional Associate Dentist on staff

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of clinical experience
\n
• Comfortable performing surgical extractions and endo
\n
• Experience with implants and molar endo is a plus, and the practice is glad to support further development in these areas for the right candidate
