Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Credential with Mild/Moderate authorization (or eligibility)
• Previous experience working in elementary school settings preferred
• Thorough knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to design and deliver differentiated instruction to meet diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage an elementary caseload of students with mild/moderate disabilities
• Develop, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver specialized instruction and intervention services aligned with student goals
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and data collection to support student success
• Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
